In 2019, lululemon launched its first ever experiential retail experience in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighbourhood. Beyond a massive 20,000 square foot retail experience, this new community hub offered a robust program of exercise classes in fully-equipped yoga and HIIT studios, guided meditations in dedicated lounges, and delicious and healthy food in cafes, not to mention luxury locker rooms.
Every detail of the customer journey was considered. For the first time ever, our creative team partnered closely with store design, store innovations, and visual merchandising teams to bring this store to life. Window displays, branded messaging, way-finding signage, interactive displays, product education, food menus, customized product, and even the furniture and decor were all created to work together with consistency and thought for each guest's experience.
